Welcome Package: 24-48 hours after our initial Discovery/Strategy Call, you will receive via email, your Program Agreement Welcome Package... aka our contract to work together.

Additionally, you will receive a Program Goals Workbook and several other resources to get us started. Please complete these and email them to me before our first meeting.

Payment: Within your Welcome Package there is a Payment and Coaching Session Schedule.  There are two payment options:
